Self-Connection with Tim Sitt
The Self-Connection Journey
Bring one situation you feel stuck in. You'll move through five resources that already live within you, Self, Truth, Wisdom, Choice and Trust, and leave with a map of what you found.
What you write stays on this page. Nothing is sent or saved anywhere, so closing or refreshing the page clears it. At the end you can print or download your map to keep.
Before you begin
- This practice complements professional care. It is not a replacement for therapy.
- Find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted, and have water nearby.
- If you have a respiratory, heart or other health condition, take psychiatric medication, or are pregnant, check with your health provider before the faster breathing practices, or skip them.
- Stop any practice if you feel dizzy, panicky, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or flooded by memories. Press "Need to pause?" at any time.
- If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Canada and US) or your local emergency number.
You don't need perfect trust to begin. Just enough to take the next step.
My Self-Connection Map
This map disappears when you close the page. Save it now if you’d like to keep it.
Or keep it another way:
Take a breath with what you found
- What did you discover about yourself today?
- Which resource felt most available to you? Which felt furthest away?
- Come back to this map in a week. What happened, and what did you learn? That learning is how wisdom grows.
